Ip Man, what can I say?

Ip Man was Bruce Lees kung fu teacher in China. This movie is the story of Ip Mans trials and tribulations during the occupation of China during WWII. What this movie does well is it gets the time period just right from the set. Visually this movie doesn't make flaws. This is very important to the story because this movie must say WWII occupation and depression. This movie has great story plus the choreographed fighting is excellent which is essential. We had to see Bruce Lee and we did through the fighting style. I highly recommend this movie because without fail this movie is an excellent story.

xXx Not What You Think

Now I am reviewing the move XXX which is an action movie with Vin Diesel. This movie was a great action movie. The premise was basically put hardened criminals into a James Bond type job. This movie doesnt exactly get an award for best script but it certainly achieves the goal it set out to do. Make a bad ass action film in the former Soviet Union. The whole nice cars and sexy ladies theme is good. Look if you haven't already seen this movie I suggest a rental. I bought it though because well I like pointless action movies every once in a while you know. Please post your thoughts on XXX.

Green is the New Awesome sorta

I watched Green Lantern last night and it was meh. The Green Lantern is a superhero I have followed and appreciate the incredible backstory so I'm going to go hard on this one. Look the script was just ridiculous to many one-liners. The fact is though the visuals are excellent and they achieve an acceptable backstory. The very bare minimum though. The love story is thin and the training was nil. More Kilawog! The final word is that this is a decent rental and if your a comic book fan then this is going to be a disappointment. Hack The Planet

Today I am reviewing Hackers which is maybe one of those movies that just really shows its age because of the clothing and technology. A basic summary is this kid Dade Murphy who basically shuts down Wall Street and Just does a lot of damage. He is not able to have access to computers or touch tone telephones until he is 18. Once his time is up he is the new kid at a school and he finds others just like him, hackers, well they stumble upon a conspiracy and are framed. They have to get out of trouble using their skills. Look this movie was so cool because of the incredible story and the actors are great. If you really love the tech then you will love this movie. Please comment about your opinion.
